I just got back from PZ sample sale. Prices are 30% off across the board, not great. Wide range of sizes in suits, sportcoats, pants, shirts, knits, outerwear, formal wear, shoes, scarves, ties, and even watches/pens.

Annoying thing is prices weren't marked so I had to keep asking the SA for prices. Suits ranged from $900-1,500 for Gruppo Forall to Sartoriale, SCs were $600-1,500 depending on fabric. Pants started at $150 or so and ties were $65. Didn't ask about shoe pricing.

I picked up the last 2 PZS ties [IMG]

Interesting but those prices are pretty high, particularly for non-Sartoriale items. $1,000 for a PZ suit or $600 for a SC is not a very good sale price.

I stopped by today. It's pretty annoying that they don't tell you the prices, and they have to go "check." The shirt that they first quoted for $160 became $120 when I told them I didn't want it.

I ended up getting two pairs of pants @ $200 each, and two shirts @ $120 each. So I paid way too much. On the bright side, I really like the pants; they fit me perfectly in the waist, seat, and leg, and I'll have to pay only for a hem.

At this point I really don't have the time and energy to find equivalent pants for two-thirds of that price.

The only shirts they have are size 16. About 80 of them.

In sum, I'd say the deals are underwhelming. I feel like I should have paid about 25% less, but I'm not going to cry about it.

Sale sucked. Anyhow, I refuse to buy stuff that is not tagged with the price.

Dude, I always forget your size, are you a 40 or 42? I have a new 42 PZ Sartoriale 100% cashmere sportcoat that will be making in appearance in the B&S forum. Brown houdstooth with a windowpanr, ticket pocket, butter soft. At least 30% less than the Zileri "sale".
