diet. if you get down to a healthy level and lift weights, and you still got boobs, you might have developed fat in the area that won't come off. surgery would be the answer, but only after you've lost weight.

After excercise and diet - ultrasound liposuction: centimeters off in a few sessions, no effect on muscle tissue and non-invasive.

I'm certainly not saying that he shouldn't do all those things. But, like teddie first said, if after all that it still wont come off he can either accept it and be happy or accept that it never will come off (and it wont) and deal with it in any way he wants.

Get down to a certain percentage of bodyfat. If after that nothing, weigh your options.

If it's fat, work out and diet. If it's breast tissue aka gynecomastia, surgery is your only option.

Unless you are talking to a plastic surgeon, an internal medicine guy, especially at an HMO will deny anything is wrong or anything needs to be done about it (maybe except diet). Beauty of HMO care.

Genetics and aging are a ***** sometimes.

Drs. and surgery can and will help.

If you have gynecomastia, you can always get corrective surgery. I've had it done.
