These run a little narrow. I'm a standard 10D and they feel somewhat tight at the sides. Would be best for a US10C or US9.5D.
Black leather, not as shiny as the photos suggest. Very, very soft. Most likely blake-rapid construction, as is the case with most loafers.
Have worn them a few times (<5 for sure). One of them was in rainy weather, thus the sole staining. They are in remarkable condition. There is virtually no creasing on the tops.
Magnanni shoes are made in Spain (or used to be made in Spain, when I bought these). Very decent shoes, in the Ferragamo (mainline) territory in terms of quality. If they fit you, you won't be disappointed.
