A thousand MTM shirt posts, as well as a couple of MTM leather jacket posts, have got me wondering: Does anyone know where I could find MTM sweaters? I'm a big proponent of the short, slim-fit sweater, while most brands only offer a fairly long, baggy fit. And I'm a size small, so, generally speaking I can't go down a size for a slimmer fit.

I'm of the understanding that attempting to alter a sweater usually has quite mediocre results, so that option is out, too. Short of knitting them myself, does anyone have a source for what I need? Ideally, I'd like a place that will make up crewnecks, turtlenecks, and 1- or 2-way zip sweaters.

Failing that, any website that offers slim-fit sweaters would do. One that ships outside the US would be super.

    Thanks.

The same thing for polo shirts would be nice, too.

Good idea. And jeans, and casual trousers. Then I'd never have to leave the house... And I never would. [IMG]

I guess that's a good start, but Lands' End don't ship their MTM garments outside of the US, and there's no Seize sur Vingt stores in Australia. Useful for the others on the board, of course... Any other leads? EDIT: Hey, whaddaya know, Customsweaters.com. This may have potential...

Someone on this forum or Modern Man once asked about old style wool or cotton tennis/cricket sweaters. A link was posted to a place that will knit one for you in the colors (and perhaps size?) that you wished.

I don't really wear sweaters, but they looked very nice, so I bookmarked it. I just did a search, but turned up nothing. The bookmark may be on my computer at home. I will take a look.
