Gokey shoes. Subsidiary of Orvis. They also have a "custom option" which is necessary for my
size. A self-measurement kit is available, but I don't trust myself to do it correctly. So I relied
on the Cretins at the San Francisco store to measure me. Didn't work. Shoes mis-sized egregiously.

Alden Shoes
New Balance (probably not even all of them?)
Anyone in specific seek out things made in America? If so, please share...
