Yeah, was wondering how they're fitting that all in. It's almost like they've had a break in continuity at this point.

Yeah, I wasn't willing to go back and try to watch the old scenes, but I kept thinking that the whorehouse doesn't really fit with what we already know about Don...seems like it is not rural enough and there are too many girls around.

The brother is way younger than Don and probably wasn't born by the time in the whorehouse.

Ok, I reread an article on Don, the man in the brothel isn't his father, but Uncle Mac. The woman he came with is the second wife of his late dad. Did she have Adam yet? I can't remember from the episodes.

He was actually a half-brother and may have been raised somewhere else... but yeah, it does seem like they forgot about that component.

IIRC -- Don grew up on a farm with his father and step-mother. He was brought to the farm as a baby because his mother, who was a prostitute, died during childbirth. When he was little his old man was kicked in the face by a horse, which forced his step-mother to take Don, leave the farm, and live with Uncle Mac in the brothel. I think his brother Adam was born in the brothel at a later time, so he may not have been around for those scenes.

That's how it was.

That's far fetched, but it does kind of make me wonder why there's never been a DB Cooper movie.

It'd probably be extremely boring considering nothing is known of the guy. 20 mins of some made up backstory, an hour of him sitting on a plane, and a 20 minute epilogue of conjecture.

Kind of like Speed 2 on horse tranquilizers.

It would have been a good ending to something like Catch Me If You Can, though. That one was awesome and would have been a great take on the cooper story if they wrote that situation into it.

Obviously it would be mostly fictional, but there's a good movie to be made.
