Mabitex Wool vs. Cotton Fit

I'm curious if others have a lot of experience with the wool pants from Mabitex.

The botton ones tend to fit me really well, with a nice silhouette. However, when I bought a pair of wool ones, they fit kind of odd, with extra fabric in the seating area, then tapering really aggressively in the legs.

Basically, the wool ones fit much worse than the cotton ones I have. Has anyone else experienced this?

I have a number of wool and they fit me fine.

I have noticed however that they do not fit as tightly as the cotton trousers.

You can't generalize that much... I have experienced 3 different fits in wool mabis and at least 3 different fits in the cotton, all in the past year. They vary a lot more than you might think.

Ah, are there different cuts for Mabitex wools and cottons? I thought they were all the same cut, with some variance depending on the region where they are made (I noticed Romania ones are looser).

for most - if not all - wools, you need to size one-up and get the waist taken in.

I have about 8 pair of Mabitex...half cotton and half wool, and they all fit differently. 2 of my cotton pairs are very slim, the others are slightly less so. Most of my wools are even slimmer than the cottons that I have, and some are very tapered in the leg as well. I could go into the details of each pair, but it's safe to assume that there is very little consistency in most Mabitex, and it's always important to read all measurements before you buy.
