M. Mathew Shirts (Mathew & Mathew?)

Does anyone have any contact information for M. Mathew's custom shirt shop in Oakbrook, Illinois? Earlier posts suggest that he may be doing business under the name "Mathew & Mathew" and may be located in the Oakbrook mall. I have found no mention of his shop outside of SF and AAAC. Thanks in advance for any information anyone is able to provide.
