That's because you didn't talk to Monique. You need to find Monique, who works at the Rodeo store Monday through Friday and is the only one aware of the mens line. She works in the back, so just ask any SA to speak with her. Tell her you'd like to see the Chanel menswear and emphasize that you're serious about buying at least two items, and then show her something you own by Chanel. She'll give you the key to the hallway across the street behind Panerai, which you can enter and if Tim gives you a hard time just tell him Monique sent you over.
