Hi @luxire @LuxireStudio Team,
I requested for inseam 30 inches but got 29 inches.
I also requested for no front point pocket in the order notes but still receive the coin pocket made.

Could you assist the next course of action? I dont think it makes sense to send back and pay the shipping fees back and forth to have it altered by your team.
I like the fabric. What is it, if you don't mind? Would you say the color is more accurate in the first pic (darker) or the second (lighter)?
Beautiful shirts by Luxire and good taste. What does Luxire call the pattern of the shirt that is the 2nd to the right? Some kind of black, grey tattersall?
Thanks! That one is this: https://luxire.com/products/country_checks_grey_graph#/
It's one of the reorders. It's lightweight but wrinkle resistant. Iirc, it doesn't really need to be ironed. The others are also lightweight but pretty wrinkle-resistant, from left to right:

The collars and cuffs are all unlined, except the end-on-end, which has the lightest fusing available, which is surprisingly light. In addition to the super soft unlined collars and cuffs, I love Luxire shirts above all others for the ability to customize w/o limit, such as light shirring, wide sleeves to prevent elbow blowouts, no gauntlet button, and a horizontal buttonhole on the pocket to secure my sunglasses, as shown here.

Thank you. I'll have to "add to cart" at some time.

The first one that shows the pocket.

Has anyone tried the "replicate your existing garment" procedure with Luxire? I have a pair of pants that is absolutely perfect and the original company does not offer them in the colors / fabrics I want. Also, they'd be twice the price Luxire can make them for.

If you have experience, how did it go?

It's the recommended way of doing things. I sent a bespoke pair of trousers and asked Luxire to replicate it. Which they did to perfection. Prior to it I made gradual adjustments sending the garment back and forth. Not recommended.

Edit: Well, Luxire isn't too happy about this post. But my goal was to let people know there is an issue with the fabric.

So, if you are interested in Ecru Undyed Twill Jeans, just ask them to pre-wash the fabric twice in warm water before production. Otherwise it shrinks a lot and you won't even have enough fabric to cover the shrinkage -- it's probably just an issue with this specific fabric, but it's something you need to be aware of.

I feel obliged to post an update on Ecru Undyed Twill Jeans fabric.

My pair of trousers shrank further in length after the second wash (cold wash and hand dry in shade). Since there is normally zero shrinkage after two washes, I asked my tailor to let out the trousers at the hem. Unfortunately, after the third wash, I found that the trousers shrank again:

Based on the crease at the hem, I estimate that the trousers have gotten roughly 2.5" shorter, which is impressive, and I am at a loss at this point. I will send an email to Luxire later today and hopefully I can get my first remake after all these years.

That's really unfortunate as it's the fabric I was considering placing an order for. Maybe I should ask for it to be washed before making

Twice, in warm water. Honestly I was caught off guard, so I just wanted to leave a warning.

It's funny that the raw denim saw minimal shrinkage (albeit the warning from the product page) and this fabric did not.
I think its good to share and I believe they have workarounds for this. I will still order though but will have them prewash few times to reduce shrinkage. What was Luxire's recommendation to have your trousers fixed?

Okay. I measured up one shirt and one pair of pants and sent in the details. We will see how it goes.

Thank you for sharing everyone. I almost ordered the undyed twill jeans as well! Eventually I went with some linen trousers for my test order. Shrinkage was something I considered when looking at the fabrics.

Has anyone else experienced shrinkage with these fabrics? There's a Seinfeld GIF in here somewhere...

@luxire Hi Luxire, is for Swiss orders till luxire.com the best way or has luxire.de been amended in order to incorporate country specific VAT charges? Many thanks!
