Some vendors have figured it out, like suite supply, where one pays a bit extra (to account for custom/import of cloths), and even though the parcels come from the Netherlands, there are no extra charges. Amazon .de site also removes German VAT, adds Swiss VAT and there are no processing fees.
Hopefully, you too figure it out.
