From our end, we have completely implemented.

But, many customers have old patterns they are happy with. Those will continue to be serviced.

We can either follow the measurements you provide or replicate fit from the pants you would send.
Difficult to replicate from provided measurements.

Received this Ethomas plaid jacket last week. My third jacket from luxire - they raised the armhole on my pattern, lowered the gorge and buttoning point, and took it in a bit at the waist. I’m pretty pleased - only thing worth addressing are a bit of roll near the collar on the shoulders and the pattern matching on the back seam

I see that the RTW items are advertised as having “Easy Returns” does that include a US address to send returns to?

Also, do you still have the Portland or another US address for sending items to be copied?

RTW items need to be sent to India, we provide pickup service for a small fee.
US address currently not available.
