The default stiffener is non-leather, made by Milspeed, UK. It is strong and long-lasting.
Leather stiffeners can be used on request, for no extra charge.

These shoes have been in the making for 2 years now. We experimented with a lot of different material. Could not make ourselves believe that leather was better. Hardly any difference in cost or effort. We do cut, skive and shape all our stiffeners. These are not pre-shaped or molded.

These 2 styles are made from calf leather, chrome tanned in Italy. These leathers are custom made for us, available in 4 colors: black, brown, burgundy and tan. they are all of exceptionally high quality.

We also have leather from d'annonay France, Bonaudo Italy, which will be made available in due course.

Sad about the 5 months though.

Going by our pipeline, we should be fulfilling fresh orders by mid/end September. After which, we intend to fulfill all orders within 3 days of receipt. That will allow you to choose MTM over RTW without the disadvantage of wait.
What that will also mean is end of "sales and discounts" as a sudden large amount of orders will throw the system out of gear.

Below is the current completion % by month as of today. We have made good progress in recent weeks.

The program covers almost all our fabrics. Most popular fabrics, that we used to buy from the mills on order earlier, are now in stock. Remaining are being added.

If a fabric is not available, you will get an email in 1-2 days stating the unavailability/delay.
We are adding the "3 Day Service" flag/tag to all fabrics that are in stock. This should eliminate mails which said that the ordered fabric was unavailable

Presto is no longer relevant and thus unavailable.

I have not ordered since 2018 but my father bought a shirt to test - total order was €90 and he was hit with €36 in duties on delivery. Does the shipping cost no longer mean flat fee inc of duties?

I was going to make a big order to refresh wardrobe but if duties are no longer covered a 30% uptick on delivery is unfeasible.
