Anyone have any experience amending measurements after submitting? I ordered on Wednesday and just realised one of the measurements I submitted was wrong. Have emailed just now but I fear it’s too late.

I just send any amendments or notes as replies to the confirmation email.

@luxire would you have any outdoor-friendly fabrics in your selection? Preferably something with a little stretch, as well as wind and waterproofing.

I'm looking for outdoor pants but am having a difficult time due to all pants being too short. I still have a few outdoor-shops to go through, but if I don't find anything I may just turn to luxire :D

I think there is some ripstop cotton on there...

We are working with Schoeller and Mectex to bring you the right technical fabric.

There are too many options though. what is it that you are looking for?

The major categories are:
1. Weight: Light (almost like a heavy shirt), medium (something like the Shakespeare line of Brisbane Moss chinos), heavy (read mid-heavy jeans 13 Oz).
2. Stretch: 2-way or 4-way
3. Water-resistant
4. Wind resistance
5. Presence of nylon for strength
6. Cotton rich or poly-nylon rich
7. Any other aspect.

Then, in colors, we are looking at: Black, navy, grey, stone, khaki, military green. If any other needed, please voice.

Just received my heavy weight (6 oz) white twill https://luxire.com/products/warzone-white-twill#/

Feels great and substantial. I'm expecting a small bit of shrinking in the wash, so some areas my seem a bit big. Here is what I will change for next time:

1) Larger collar spread so that points lay completely underneath my suit jacket.
2) Slightly lower collar band. I thought this looked good in pictures, so I tried it, but I don't think I've got the neck for it.
3) Slightly bigger collar gap. I requested some but it looks like there is almost none here.

We are hoping to start work tomorrow. Some things are still unclear, which will know over the next couple of days.
It is good to see you back.

I am eager to get back into the habit of ordering trousers from you. Ordered roughly 10 pairs from you, 1 of which was meant for a friend of mine who is really happy with them.

I took a 2 year hiatus from ordering from Luxire for the sole reason that I wish their terminology in the custom options was more precise. Some terms got mixed up on one of my old orders and this had led to the need to rebuild a pair of trousers.

Specifically, I am talking about the term used for "coin pocket". Currently, the term "coin pocket" is used with 2 different meanings:
  • small pocket inside the front pocket
and
  • pocket on the outside of the waistband
The latter is actually a watch pocket.

I remember on one of my orders I specified the trousers to have coin pockets inside the front pockets on both sides (left and right), but only 1 single pocket on the outside of the waistband (on my right hand side). What I received was a pair with two waistband pockets on the outside.

You can see what I mean when you select a "create your own style" pant, choose the "customize" option and look under
  • front pockets --> slant pocket/jetted pocket/on seam pocket --> details --> coin pocket
and
  • additional options --> two coin pocket/coin pocket
Would be happy to splurge a good amount of money if the order interface was fixed. With the current terminology, I am lacking confidence, unfortunately.

Thank you bringing forth the terminology point. It has confused us too a lot in the past. We have consciously worked on making then distinct and uniform for our internal communications as well as correspondence with our customers.
On the website, some of the ambiguity remains, which are with the technical team to resolve ion the near future.

Looking forward to serving you again.

Hello from a long time lurker.

Can someone please help explaining how you take the Yoke measurement from a shirt?

In the instructions image, it says "Measure the width of the Yoke from shoulder forword line":

I guess they mean measuring from the CREASE (not Yoke seam) just where the shirt folds over and meets the shoulder seam. Is that correct, or am I doing it wrong?

best regards

@luxire Any idea when we can expect things to be up and running and older orders to be processed? I'm happy to keep waiting on my remaining Black Friday items, but would love to know what to expect in terms of a timeline.

They told me recently that they are operating with a third of the workforce. It seems like people are slowly receiving their orders though
