Today I'm wearing the Blue Dress Stripes Seersucker and it's a nice alternative to linen when it is not so terribly hot but still quite humid. And the look/structure is great. Shirring at the shoulder and yoke is also well done at this shirt (the darker picture is a bit misleading because of the shaddows, in normal daylight it is more discrete).

Has anyone else been having trouble contacting Theresa about orders? I'm approaching two weeks now after trying their contact form on the site as well, I'm wondering if I'm not alone.

No you are not. I see our customer service system has a few long pending emails, most of which are fit advise. As she has a dependency on a few more people to reply to those, they are not moving as fast as she wants.

Other mails seem to be replied to quickly.

    Hi luxire,

I emailed a few days ago about buttons but haven't got a response as of yet. Maybe you could answer it here for all of us. I saw somewhere in this thread that there are the standard MOP buttons, and two grades of "premium" MOP buttons.

Could you verify this and possibly provide pictures to illustrate the differences between the grades of buttons?

For all of you one piece collar aficionados..
How do you find they work with suit and tie?
Or are they better suited (no pun intended) for casual open collar situations?
    Pics?

    Luxire,

Any plans to release lightweight jeans in the 8-10 oz range? Just got my first pair from you guys (13-14 oz, look great besides me being an idiot and messing up one measurement), would love a lighter weight pair though.

I think these are only ones that are offered as a stock service currently.

Will need to check that. We may just standardize to a single type of premium MOP to keep things simple.

There are a few options that we have. As "heavy" jeans is the norm among aficionados, we didn't dare to offer lighter options. We are working on even heavier ones.

This was posted on our thread on TheFedoraLounge:

you can still have long pointy collars, but they lie nice and flat when open.

Aficionados must enjoy sweating more than I do. Where can I see the lighter weight options?

If you send us an email, will have someone take pictures and reply to the mail.

Luxire, if you had to guess, how long would we have to wait before this shipping situation to be resolved for Canadians? Just trying to plan my next order and need some advice on whether I should wait or go ahead anyway.
