I request single pleated cuffs on all my shirts save for the first one and they are much, much cleaner. The pleats on the one double pleated shirt cuff I have tend to flare open and look awful

Actually I got my shirt back pressed, folded, and packaged as if they had just made it.

    Thank you.
    Good to know.
I just have to pick a shirt that fits the best from my current collection and send it in.
Will post pics for input of course

I have sent a shirt, dress pants and a pair of shorts to be replicated and they all came back perfect. I can not comment on if they were washed, but they come back pressed, folded and packaged in the same plastic they use for a new item.

You have to keep in mind that damage can come from what packaging you choose to ship the item to them in, so choose wisely.

Is that the 14 oz dark indigo? Can you wash the material before cutting the jeans so I don't have to worry about shrinking?

Good points and glad to hear it turned out well.

Any pointers on how to package it well on my behalf?

I think you can at a surcharge ($20 I think), I wished I would have done it.

The surcharge is only for a heavy wash for fade etc. Shrinkage wash is free.

Automatically included? Or we have to specifically request it?

All depends on how you value the item. I didn't send my best clothes and if it got damaged or lost I wouldn't have even cared. I just put it in a Ziploc bag and then into a bubble wrap envelope.

will need to be requested as some customers like their jeans raw/unwashed.

Thanks for the reply. What about for other garments like shirts/trousers?

Got some nice fabrics from reputed mills. Many of these were part of our initial collection but got sold out.

This is a beautiful one piece collar. One of the best/worst things about Luxire to me is that there are so many options. I've never worn a shirt with a one piece collar. I've never even tried one on before. I have no idea if it would work with my neck size/face/whatever, but man am I tempted to give it a try. [IMG] I'll most likely end up screwing up because I have nothing to base the collar on. Still tempted.

Thanks. You didn't answer if those pictures are the 14 oz indigo or not?
