Those fit very well! Such a waistband is begging for at least a single pleat though.

I actually agree, and next one will have them. I was just too timid. The closure method was new enough to me.

    And thanks!

We had a long review session of recent Pants patterns and I think that some of the issues recently discussed are a thing of the past.

^^ Are the bar tacks on the pockets and under the waistband requested or do they come standard with the trousers? I love the look!

They're standard, and they look awesome. It might be good to specifically request them though, just make sure you're getting what you want. You could also refer to an order nr., some of which are in the Luxire googledoc.

CMT = Cut Make Trim i.e. you buy and supply the cloth yourself, the tailor cuts, makes up and trims it.

Hi all. I'm wondering if anyone has any experience with the white twill shirts that Luxire offers.

I'm looking at these three shirts:

    White Twill

    Alumo - White Twill 2/100

    Fine White Twill 2/140

Does anyone have any experience with these? The white twill, which is 2/80, is the same price as the 2/140. Why? How opaque/transparent are they?

Got my first shirt today, Lustrous Fine White, ordered less than 2 weeks ago. 13 days for a shirt is acceptable but I wouldn't want to wait longer than that.

It feels so amazing to receive a shirt that perfectly accommodates my unique body proportions.
Just one issue: the angle on the default spread collar isn't as wide as I would have liked.

I have that fabric. A very strange choice for a BD...

Agreed, the formalities seem to clash.

Itching to get my 4th pair of Luxire trousers! So many options!
