No, I don't have a swatch of that one. Have them made and report back.
How'd I know you'd say that.
I plan on at least one. Upping my Luxire game in the winter, when I need a casual jacket. You shall see.
I've ordered the pale blue linen cotton, so I'll report back when it arrives.
Does anyone have the sky blue summer chambray? Thinking about it for my second order. Any comments welcome.
What collar do you guys think would be best with that fabric? NOBD I?
We have recently tied up with a company that sources furs legally. So yes, can be done.
Sure, it's covered in post #9210.
The collar is a copy of a Barba shirt I own.
Btw, have the crotch problems with trousers been resolved? Looking to order a few more chinos based on previous order numbers.
Red Bengal Stripes on White
I got that as a popover. Here's a partially jacket-obscured pic:
Very lightweight, color in the Luxire pic is pretty accurate, does not have any of the textury goodness you would expect with a heavier chambray fabric (if you were looking for that).
@Cotton Dockers, much appreciated if you can post a full pic of the popover? construction details? TIA...
Just got the shirts. Ordered on 1st of May, delivered today. I made some adjustments to the measurements so Luxire had to remake the pattern. I am very happy with the fabrics, they are soft which was an important factor.
Fabrics from the left: White Green Dress Shirt, Blue Dress Stripes Seersucker, Superfine White 200/2. Seersucker is amazing. Not so thin - can definitely be an all year round shirt. Green striped is thinner and the superfine even finer - obviously.
Can provide you with the details if requested. I will take some more shots of myself wearing shirts during next week or so. I also got 30 swatches of shirt and trouser fabrics so if anyone is interested I can take photos of these too.
after my 5th Luxire shirt or so...
I have actually started requesting no collar stays with my orders.
I just give them to friends these days. But maybe something to consider for Luxire 2.0, checkbox "Collar stays, free of charge" to tick for people who want them.
