^ I had something similar on one of my shirts a while ago, I sprayed it with some Oxi Clean, rubbed it in, and then washed the shirt. Came out like it had never even been there.

Wash the shirt. If it doesn't come out, send it back.

If you can find it in your area, there's a product called Lestoil that will remove pretty much ANYTHING that stains fabric without harming it. That's really good too.

I've had a couple of those dye stains. Pretty sure they came out with just water and scrubbing.

Is this the Grandi & Rubinelli Pale Blue End On End? If so how is the fabric? Other than the stain of course.

    No it's this one

    http://custom.luxire.com/products/pale-purple-end-on-end

I just received it at work and I'll remove the stain with the Lestoil and then launder it. I'll post a review with fit pics probably next week. I like the pale purple it's a good break from the blue and whites of the corporate world

Edit. Thanks for all the replies.

Really tired of having to drive 30 minutes to the nearest fed ex location because they will not follow my instructions to leave the package at the front door. That's about the only gripe I have with luxire at the moment.

Can't you call fed ex and tell them to leave it at your place for next time?

Had that on my white shirt. At the tips of the collars and such... Wasn't worried since I've used sewing machines before and figured it was washable dye for marking where to cut.

Could be something like, they were marking where to sew and the pen bled. Either way, yeah, it should be washable. On certain fabrics, all it takes is water to get it out. Might take actual detergent on these.

    No biggie.

I'm just going to assume I'm dumb and have missed something since no one is replying, but humor me, aren't these a completely different colour from the raw? I want to soak them right away, but I can't until I figure out if I've been sent the wrong fabric.

I tried and they said it's up to Luxire to tell them to do that, not me. I've asked Luxire to do that and they said to email them when the product ships, but then they never go in and change it for me. It's kind of annoying and has to do with only Theresa being on their inbox.

I have the dark indigo jeans, and yours look suspiciously much like mine. I could be wrong though. Just email luxire with your pics.

Thank you, I had to check if I wasn't going insane or something.

I guess the 7 day turnaround had to come at the expense of something... like the correct fabric? Wouldn't make that tradeoff again, myself.

I've been able to select the option for them to leave the package at my door via the FedEx tracking interface or sign the slip they leave on your door when they attempt a delivery
