Thanks for the reply - it's good that you guys are playing to your strengths. What's the CMT process like - like how much does it cost for shirts and trousers, and how are orders placed?

Collar is completely unfused and unlined. When I originally ordered my first shirt, I used measurements from an Epaulet BD collar shirt, so I didn't follow any of their defaults when ordering. Since then, I've made a few changes and tweaks, so the whole process from start to finish is a little convoluted now. I can certainly measure the collar points on this specific shirt if you like.

That would be very kind of you - I'd love to know, just for reference. I am guessing between 3 and 4"?

Yeah, I want to say it's somewhere between 3.25 and 3.5 but I'll measure tonight to find out the exact length.

I'm interested in placing an order for a MTM shirt and would like Luxire to replicate the following collar:
    1: http://statics.suitsupply.com/image...ngle_Cuff_H4124_Suitsupply_Online_Store_3.jpg
    2: http://statics.suitsupply.com/image...ngle_Cuff_H4124_Suitsupply_Online_Store_1.jpg

The problem is I don't have the shirt and can't provide measurements. The specifications on SS website only states that it's a cutaway collar. I guess, to my untrained eye, it seems that the collar band is somewhat high in comparison to regular collar bands. Also it's not a curved cutaway. Other than that, I have no clue. Would Luxire be able to replicate the collar based on the pictures and if so, how am I supposed to place my order according to these "specifications"?

How about making a 5-pocket version (so basically jeans) with that wool fabric?

He linked to both of them in his post.

It's something to think about. I'm anxious to try out the moleskin fabric too.

Does anyone have any pics of that made up?

You could always just email it to them and tell them that's how you want it to look.

I say casual. I typically wear them with sweaters. Here's my blue university stripe today:

Weight wise, it's the same as the Sky Blue, which to me is thin. It's not what I am used to from the other OCBDs in my closet.

I have a different opinion about that. I think a pair of plain front wool trousers looks great with boots. I have some Woolrich pants I wear in the winter with a pair of AE Longbranch boots and a 1.5 inch wide belt. They work well together.

Here's my latest ocbd made of Classic Grey Oxford. Note the resemblance to oxford fabric used by Mercer & Sons (1st picture).

I wanted quite many special details on this shirt:
    - Unlined, unfused Mercer button-down collar
    - 6-button placket (was fulfilled but the button distance looks weird. Fortunately the lowest button is exactly on my waist level)
    - Placket width 1.6"
    - 3.75" distance between 1st and 2nd button
    - V-stitching on the chest pocket
    - No "arm button" on sleeves
    - Unlined 2.75" wide cuff barrels
    - Off-center button on cuffs (wasn't fulfilled but it's better that way because of the wide cuffs)
    - Back button on collar back
    - V-shaped collar back
    - Locker loop
    - Back pleat

All in all, I'm very pleased.

Did you ask for the back of the collar to have that V-shape? I think it looks nice.

Looks great. I love that collar roll. That's one of the best I've seen by Luxire.

What was your order number? I like the detail of the V-stitching and the V-shaped collar back.
