There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

    7_rocket, the shirt looks nice!
Maybe you want to try a tie knot a little smaller next time, I think it looks a bit large for the tie space given to you from the shirt's collar.

That's what I do for summer shirts. My winter shirts are an inch longer.

Thanks fellas. I'm very pleased. [IMG]

Next up, just a few more shirts & I'm going to try out their trouser-making service.

Copy-pasted from the confirmatory email, the fabrics pictured are:

    1x Pale Pink Linen Cotton
    1x Fall Tattersall Twill
    1x Pale Blue Poplin 2/100
    1x Pale Blue Poplin 2/100
1x Traditional Cream Tan Graph Checks
1x Alumo - Light Blue University Stripes 140/2
    1x Blue Small Graph Checks
    1x Blue Bengal Stripes
    1x Blue Small Graph Checks
1x Light Blue Candy Stripes 100/2

The fine navy stripe is the "bengal" stripe (slight misnomer IMO), and the two paler blue stripes are the Alumo and the candy stripe (the latter is the palest stripe).

(to anyone wondering about the duplicate fabrics in the list: one shirt of each pair is barrel cuffed, and the other french cuffed.)

Thanks a lot, the Blue Bengal Stripes and Alumo 140/2 are exactly the two stripes from Luxire I am considering.
The Fall Tattersall Twill will look lovely under a chunky knit and a waxed jacket, can't wait for the first pictures of you wearing the shirt :)

I don't have a waxed jacket, but yes, it's pretty much the perfect casual country shirt. Pairing it with jumpers and fairly casual jackets (and sometimes jeans) is going to be exactly its purpose.

The Alumo is the nicest-feeling fabric in this batch, with the twill second, and the candy stripe third. The others are all decent everyday fabrics. The navy stripe is perhaps a little rougher than the rest, but not in a bad way. In a way, though, I'm most pleased with the pale pink linen/cotton. I've been looking for a very, very pale pink shirt for ages and now I finally have one. As a result, it will get use in winter (probably under a jumper/waistcoat) as well as summer.

I'm wearing Luxire's Pale Pink Oxford today, I can't judge from the pictures whether it is more or less saturated than the Pale Pink Linen Cotton, but it definitely is a nice fabric you should have a look at!

I'm still replacing worn-out but essential stuff at the moment.

    The time will come...

Luxire, regarding your selvedge denim fabrics, how much stretch is to expect from them?

Am I save to assume the inseam will shrink approximately 1/2 inch on the initial wash, while the waist will stretch out 1 inch and thighs and knees 1/8 to 1/4 inch each?
