@luxire Why does offering on luxire.de differ so much from those on luxire.com? Is it possible to order stuff available on international domain inside europe?
Yes, you can order from Luxire.com, we deliver worldwide.

I've seen that there's a recommendation for EU customers to order from .de website to avoid having to pay customs. Is it possible to have duties paid from .com website?
When ordering from Luxire.com, you may be billed duties during delivery. If you would like to prepay the duties, do place your order and send us an email. We will send you a duty/vat pre-payment link.

Anyone receive their black Friday orders yet?

I didn't place a black Friday order, but my latest order for one pair of jeans was placed Sep. 25th. It arrived to me on 10-16, about three weeks later.

I only wanted to chime in here because I think I speak for the majority of us when i say that while fast delivery is great, I'm happy to wait a reasonable period if it means your staff has good working hours and conditions. It's one of the things I like most about Luxire.

Nope.
I've been in constant communication with them since, though - and they've been indicating that they're working on the orders.
I'm still waiting them to ship a free-of-charge remake shift as well from late October/early November.

Patience is a virtue, I have to wait more than a year for some bespoke garments... and since luxire is almost bespoke (as in they draw an individual pattern) it can take some time. (Of course they should communicate it as well, and not promise something they cannot follow up on)

@luxire Is there a place on the site where I can browse available suit styling details? There used to be “hidden” pages for details like shoulder styles, lapel shape, lower quarters shape, etc. When ordering, the UI no longer displays options like these. Thanks!
For now, this jacket style page. It is being redone to be much better useful.

Anyone knows how to escalate a CS request? I have some reservations about an order, and the CS person does not seem to escalate the issue, nor confirm that he is the last point of contact.

Hello @luxire ,

Do you carry white, ivory or cream winter weight wools, from reputable mills? I recalled you carried something from VBC in the past but I was unable to locate it.

I am curious as to how remakes are handled. I ordered two pairs for my first order. The first pair I received is too tight in the crotch because the back rise is too short. When I wear them and lift my leg the trouser fabric pulls against my legs, which creates long buckles down the thigh and the back of the trousers gaps off my back. If I sit down, it's very tight on my crotch and the gap is ridiculous. They are not wearable as is. The second pair I received fits much better after sending my notes and photos. I thought the unwearable ones would be remade once we got the second pair to fit, but received the following:

"Since we do make made to order garments here. Thus we are not offering any refunds/returns. However we do always support our customers to solve their any issue related to fit/fabric.
We have forwarded your images to our fit experts. They are reviewing the same and will get back to you with suggestions."

Did I misunderstand the offer? The site made it seem they would be made again if unwearable.

I also experienced a similar hit or miss. The shirts were excellent but the suit was not, and then I got dragged for a while with wishy-washy responses from CS, which is honestly what bothers me most. Even if an error is made, and even if I was wrong in my grievances (which I don't think I was), why not hear to customer out and at least try to alleviate their concerns?

How do you prefer trousers to be finished?

  • Plain hem

  • Cuffed (1.5 inches or less)

  • Cuffed (more than 1.5 inches)

  • No preference, as long as the proportions work
