@luxire

I just took delivery of the Dark Yellow Oxford and it's my favorite oxford fabric I've received from you guys yet. Soft, but substantial. I like it better than the Warzones and Brembanas (Classic Blue, Blue University). Are there any other oxford cloths that you stock that are the same specs/mill but are different colors?

I have received my first shirt from Luxire, and it fits rather poorly, with the sleeves to long, the shoulders a bit too broad, and the general fit rather baggy. My understanding was that I should place my first order as ready-to-wear, and that if there were problems, there could be some adjustment made to get things right, or at least some possibility of discussing the situation. However, in response to my email inquiry, I was told that I could receive 40 dollars of a re-order, of the same shirt, but that was all that Luxire offered, and I couldn't even get any help getting the measurements right (and couldn't find a telephone number). Does that sound right? @luxire? Does someone from Luxire monitor this thread? I certainly don't want to try again with the same shirt, and it seems surprising that this would be the policy.

ive always mailed them photos of how something fit from all sides and got their feedback on how to improve. I’d drop them a mail with that and get that conversation going. No doubt they can help you

I believe the implication is that you can reorder the same fabric, but with updated measurements, with that $40 credit. Always had issues resolved satisfactorily via email, and it's typically pretty generous (as this is)

Thanks! Am glad you like it.

This one is quite similar, both from the same mill:

Trying to order my first pair of Luxire jeans as I've not been able to find a OTR pair that offer both the rise I'm after and also fits my body type.

Does anyone have any pictures of/experience with the 13oz Raw Indigo Selvedge jeans fabric in the custom jeans option? I'm not really a heavy denim sort of person, so I'm not sure the 15oz options are right for me?

Also, if one orders a raw/selvedge denim with a wash, would it then feel softer/broken in? Definitely not after that stiff denim feel.

Finally, is it possible to have denim washed (not having 'a wash' put on the denim) before it's cut/sewn in order to remove any shrinkage?

I'm wearing a 13oz pair right now, they are great. If I remember correctly, I asked the jeans to be washed to reduce shrinkage and they definitely felt a bit softer than raw denim without a wash.

What I would improve: better pocket material (mine developed holes quite fast, had them replaced) and a single stich for the inseam.

Thanks. Do you know if it was the 13oz Raw Indigo, and do you happen to have any pictures?

Raw midnight navy. I don't have pics at hand and quite francly don't bother taking one :D I don't know if you have some concerns or whatever, but I find it hard to believe you'd be disappointed with the fabric.
