Any hints as to where in Europe?That is excessive!
There have been a few such sad incidents.
Once the new system goes live, European customers would benefit in many ways. Local entity, easy local returns for eligible items to begin with.
Over a few months, we intend to extend it to in-person shopping, consultations, fabric browsing, measurements etc.
