    New team is in place. They are coming to speed gradually, reading, learning and shadow replying. Will take a few more days for things to come back to normal.

    Reply within 24 hours is the goal we are working towards. Also, learning from the sudden setback, we are working on a stronger FAQ system so that many answers are found instantly.

    Also, looking at the mails, we are working faster on automation for status updates and faster delivery. Things will improve, soon.

    Will this "customer service situation" in any way affect production? When can we expect delivery on our black Friday purchases?

    No impact on production. Many Black Friday orders have been shipped. We do expect to ship a large percent before Christmas.

    Yes. Some older orders are still delayed, mostly those with too much notes.

    @luxire Are pants/shirts that are sent in to be replicated usually quick turnarounds, assuming they don't have notes? I'm sending in a pair of pants and a shirt, and whilst I'm in no real hurry for the new items, being without my best fitting shirt and pants for a while would be fairly inconvenient. Thanks!

    Though the point is perfectly fair, probably not the best phrasing to place the blame for production delays on the customer :)

    Moreover, I don';t think there were too many notes at all in my case. I ordered and specified a size. I did ask that an additional order be canceled and a new order placed (and set on hold until I get and verify the size)

    E-mailed Luxire about a change to the pattern of my black friday order. Within a couple of hours I got a response that the changes were OK and a couple of days later I got a mail that the delivery was on it's way. Always had a great experience with Luxire and their customer service. If the new (improved) pattern fit as well as i think then my experience with Luxire is 10/10.

    Will hopefully pick be able to pick up the order tomorrow, super stoked!
