I have received a few messages of customers ordering successfully, so this issue seems to be a new one. I believe Ashish returns Monday so I will reach out to him tomorrow regarding the link.

My guess is they will see the thread here and work to get it sorted.

As long as it doesn't fall over/open up more you're fine. But I guess you could pair it back a bit on future orders and still have a great collar too.

Some technical issues with the website. Hopefully will be fixed tomorrow.

Delivery timelines have gone for a toss. After the new website changes, we saw a spurt in orders that was higher than expected.
We are frantically working on bringing them back on track, while not letting the quality handle slip. Had a long series of discussions with the tailoring team and we are working on fixing the bottlenecks.

We should see some results in a week and will keep you all posted.

What does that mean the leadtime is for an order at the moment? I put a trouser order in around a week ago.

Is that a one piece collar?

Yes. I would recommend not to have the one psc collar on fabrics that are relatively thin like the sky blue chambray, as there is an additional layer of fabric underneath for the construction of such. If the fabric is too thin it can be seen in natural light at times.

I was thinking of getting this on an oxford cloth, maybe with a hidden button down

Would one advise against a one-piece collar (such as the v3 turner) for a fabric such as the Cool White Linen Cotton out of transparency concerns?
