Looking forward to seeing how these turned out.
Did you order anything unusual, fishtail waist, Gurkha straps etc?

I waited about four weeks for my first shirt. The result was pleasing so I did not care that much.

The second was ordered 30th of May and shipped yesterday. That's one week! If they can keep up this speed I'll be broke by September. [IMG]

That sky blue looks very blue; is it close to the color of the sky blue oxford for example?

When measuring the body parts for MTM shirts, just give the exact numbers and not add in half an inch or so to account for a looser fit? If my chest is 40 inches and the dress shirt is exactly 40 inches, wouldn't that be skin to skin? I'm assuming the tailor adjust for that? Thanks.

I would advise using measurements for your best fitting shirt option. The body part thingy with online MTM can go wrong...Just my 2 cents

    Luxire,

Maybe it's a bit late to ask, but do you know if we (in Mexico) have to pay taxes for the shirt? I know that becuase some other online MTM services are made in China, we have to pay some duties, but since yours are made in India... maybe get don't need to pay those duties.

    Thanks in advance!

You can provide exact body measurements. We add the extra room based on the regular/slim/super slim choice you make. As we ask for more details like shoulder slope, across chest etc, the fit tends to be better using this option.

I hope mine will be shipped today or the upcoming days, because my first shirt was ordered 31th of May, one day after yours.

Can somebody elaborate on the difference between slim and super slim?

For me, I tend to fit on the extra slim side in Charles Tyrwhitt shirts, and even then I have to get it tapered. BB slim fit is not slim for me at all. neck size is 15, but chest size is 36.

Usually, in super slim, the body is make 0.5" slimmer than the slim. The sleeve is unchanged.

The colors are towards being pale and slightly washed, ideal for linen. On my screen, the colors looks like a good match to the original.

Yeah, those are the kinds of linens I had in mind for a shirt as well. Ecru looks more tan than ecru though.

Agree on the shade. Added tan to the name.
