Prozoach- Believe it or not I find the navy chambray which is the darkest to be quite soft and airy; similar to madras for some reason.
Friday Frenzy- the Warzones are indeed very thick would not recommend for summer; the royals are also in my opinion to 'shiny' for casual shirting. I would go with ecru if I were going for an Oxford or I'd go with an even more summery fabric such as linen cotton or even Chambray as Joiji recommended.

Any idea what these collars are like sizewise? Maybe a 3.5" point length, 2" height, 6" spread?

Can't seem to find or make a good collar that replicates these shirts (or at least the look on a manikin). Would love to find a Luxire substitute.

    Any updates on the jeans?
Nickel plated buttons and rivets? New fabrics?

Your numbers seems about right, I was guessing height to be 1.75

Need to make the current lot of jeans available. Next week positively, after adding the new Chinos and linen.

I think I might be intersted in a pair of chinos made of the cream fabric.
Right now I own a pair of Epaulet Rivet chinos in clay:
    http://epauletnewyork.com/collections/trousers-chinos/products/rivet-chino-8-oz-canvas-clay
How would you compare the color of your fabric to the offering of Epaulet?
What is the weight of the fabric?
Finally, for chinos, which type of fabric is commonly used to make them? Twill like most of your swatches are or the weave Epaulet uses?
What are the pros and cons of both?

Another special fabric added: The Classic Summer Oxford - The feel is of classic oxford, the weave is lighter and cooler.

I'm not reading this whole thread thorough so I'll just ask away: can I send en existing MTM shirt to Luxire for them to copy my measurements/profile from? Would make ordering very much easier and would avoid the trials and errors of the first 2-3 shirts.

You don't need to read the entire thread to answer this question; a quick visit to the Luxire website will answer it for you.

You pay for shipping to the NJ depot, they send the shirt back to you with your order. No extra charges other than that.

They did a great job when I sent in a shirt.

Glad to see someone else likes larger collars too. Let me know what size you end up with.

The new chino fabrics look good, nice to see some light colors. Will definitely be ordering a few pairs for summer. Just have to get the first pair I ordered first to see if I have the measurements nailed down.

The new chino colors look great. I may have to add a pair to the items they are already working on for me. The list is just growing. So fat the pants I got are great. I am looking forward to getting my shirt and the 2 light weight overcoats and my shorts from them.

I also love these collars. I'd love to be able to duplicate this on a shirt...keep us posted.
