leather gives but I don't recommend sizing down, intending to stretch it out--you get weird issues that way, like big elbow bags, among other things.

I would, if I were you, not get it tighter with the purpose of it stretching out. Leather with contour to your body naturally, but deliberately stressing it may lead to some of results. Properly sized, the Jacket should be comfortable an look good from day 1.

I just wanted to share my recent experience with Luxire. I ordered my 4th pair of trousers, and I'm still dialing in my fit. However, my current order there was an issue that will likely require some type of major alteration/remake. Despite what I've read on this thread, Luxire has been nothing but understanding and gracious in their handling of my situation. I will continue to order shirts/trousers. I think they are still dialing in their consistency/processes down, and as expected, mistakes happen. Service has gotten back to me within 24 hours each e-mail, and their responses have been incredibly thoughtful. Just my 2 cents.

Well, we are going to sample a collared moto now. Hopefully, it takes just one kick at it to get it right in one go, but we'll see.

    Cheers,

    Fok.

Well. at 6'7". I will recommend MTM, since you are well out of the range of the "standard" sizing, but I imagine that you knew that anyway!

If you are looking at the rider jacket, I would recommend that the jacket hit about 1" below your jeans belt. It's not a faux pas to wear a really long jacket, but it might look a bit odd.

I am not sure what you mean by size the collar, but I would wear it fairly fitted, snug, but not tight, throughout the body.

Unless you are going to wear this for actually riding, and you are going to wear it mostly casually, I would size it so that the sleeves just hit the base of your thumb. Longer than that, and it will look sloppy. A quick guideline is that with your arms by your side, your wrists should be covered completely, but your entire hand should be visible.

    Hope that helps.

    Cheers,

    Fok.

It looks like the standard moto priced the same as the MTM option?

Also, is the standard black lamb-only, or do we also get a choice of leather as well?

That looked like a technical error. The pricing of standard jacket has been corrected to $775. Also, leather choices have been added for the standard options.

Cool! While we're at it, is there a picture of the navy calf leather in natural light? Is it a pretty traditional navy, or extremely deep blue/black?

Will share a picture of the skin tomorrow. But, to give an idea, the leather for the bag below was also made in the same color. It is not too deep navy. We do have another deeper shade as in the jacket image below.

We haven't made one yet, since they've all been leather samples to date.

    Cheers,

    Fok.
