This time of week comes so quick, I can't believe it's my items up for auction again.
Here's a few pieces deserving of attention. I've not worn any but were it not for sizing or fit, I'd have loved to keep each and every one.
NWT Man 1924 Carlos Castillo Red/White Seersucker Jacket in 50R
Some of you may recall Spoo doing a sale of Man 1924 jackets a few summers ago — I wasn't here for that, although I did manage to pick this up some time later. Somewhat out-of-season now, but an effortless hot-weather lounge piece.
NWT Brooks Brothers Saxxon Forest Jacket in 40R
I hesitated for the longest time about letting go of this one, because it really is such a superbly substantive flannel that you rarely see from Brooks. Heavyweight and in a dark green colorway striated over a dark brown base, which gives it a rather interesting character up close. If only the shoulders were extended a smidge farther...
NWT Richard J. Brown Berlino Cigar 5-Pocket Pants in 34
Casual luxe, hand-stitched pants with italian character. Picked them up on a whim, only to realise they sized better as a 32 despite being labelled 34.
M. Bardelli Mohair-Wool-Linen Indigo Micro-check Jacket in 50R
Superlative jacket made by Saint Andrews'. Cut didn't work for my build, unfortunately.
PRL Corneliani Mocha Wide-Wale Cords in 34
Polo's famed Corneliani pants and every bit as comfortable a cord as I've ever handled.
Tokyo Cross Ribbed Oatmeal Cardigan (L)
Super-heavyweight collector's piece. They simply don't make sweaters like this anymore. From an obscure Japanese brand that seems to've gone out of business — I haven't been able to find any mention of Tokyo Cross anywhere. Someone, please enlighten me, if you know anything about it.
