When I unwatched it, it was @ $311 and I was all, dang. That was close.

Then I got an email it sold for 700 and I was all, dang. That's impressive.

Looks like ebay is having some site issues where people who won are getting lost notifications, and invoices are not showing up in their messages. If you are one of them, please send the report to ebay tech help (not us) as theres nothing we can do on our side as its a system issue that we cant change.

Just logged into eBay to do this- there was a message on the help section saying they are aware of some issue, so hopefully it's a quick fix for everyone!

That’s an incredible piece (collectors item). Pretty sure it’s women’s but the pieces back then are so oversized in most cases that they can fit men. This is even before the blank Margiela stitch tag was used

Yeah its a very rare one indeed - and theres an old tag in the garment before it was reworked that says 50, so its mens. I heard that these were done by Margiela himself, and only himself, any truth to that?

Could be, his first Men’s collection wasn’t until 98/99 but that would make this jacket even more rare if it’s a one off. One of his assistants pretty much said that Margiela himself couldn’t even come close to telling you how many pieces he’s made personally so there’s items out there no one..not even the assistants know of
