I wanna meet the people that are willing to spend over 300 bucks on a tie, yet shop for them used on Ebay. It blows my mind.

Seriously. It just makes no sense. But then again, this kinda thing happens all the time on eBay. Especially in electronics. Tons of people will pay 5% less than new retail for a used camera. I do not understand it at all.

But congrats to Spoo--nothing wrong with profiting from the other end of that transaction!

its cuz the person wanted the tie, and could not find it elsewhere. as spoo said, with the bay, its worth what people will pay.

    great job, spoo. :slayer:

Is that tie made anymore? I could see a tie like that, in cashmere, being at the end of the run and you might just never see it again. It's close to being one of a kind if this is the case and could/should command a pretty penny.

I'm not telling you any thing you don't know but.... dear god be careful shipping that to Italy. Really careful. Like, I'd only send that UPS/DHL/Fedex careful, lol.

To anyone who sends me packages with your intro letter inside - for reference, its hard to beat Justins. It contained, amongst other gems, the phrase "mindfuck".

repeat client of mine, and yes... totally aware of shady italian customs dealers :)
