How long would it take NMWA to put the credits from Luxeswap to my account? I was told credits were sent over 2 weeks ago but I still have yet see it reflected.

PSA: it seems like Luxeswap is not honoring Styleforum Free Shipping or even Combined Shipping anymore, at least not consistently. This past Sunday's auction, I won a hat, pair of pants, and blazer. I had to pay $41 in shipping to NYC. I messaged the Luxeswap Ebay account Sunday night about SF free shipping right after the auctions ended, before anything was shipped out, and they said that it's too late, my card was already charged by eBay (bc of the new one hour autopay system that Luxeswap implemented), and that they can't refund any of the $41 shipping. I even messaged @SpooPoker about it here two days ago, haven't gotten a response, other than another generic denial from them on eBay, who told me that I need to "please try and find solutions on my end on how to do the combined shipping," which makes no sense, almost like it's an AI generated response.

You have to ask for the adjustment before you pay. It has been like that forever.
