Lurker looking for suit

Hi Everybody!
So I've been a long time lurker and a first time poster. I'm a college student and I'm looking to buy my first suit just for job interviews and general wear I guess. I'm about 6'3 and around 200 pounds and I think my suit size is either a 42R in some or 40R in others. I just wanted to ask from some advice on buying my suit. I want a slimmer fitting suit if possible and I'm looking to spend up to around 400. I would be willing to buy a used one and even Hugo Boss, although I know that Hugo Boss is looked down upon on this forum. I basically just want some advice, what do you guys think is my best bet, should I try to buy one from someplace like nordstrom rack, or outlets, or is my best hope buying one from here, also what brands have the slimmest cuts, thanks in advance and any piece of advice would be greatly appreciated!!

If you're not in a hurry to get your suit, it would be good to cruise Nordstrom Rack and whatever other outlets are near you, as this would give you the best chance to get the best value for your dollar. The main problem with these places is that it can be hit-or-miss, but if you can make regular visits over a longer period of time to check their new stock you can come across some good deals.
