I'm interested in a couple things from luisaviaroma and wanted to make 100% sure that the advertised price includes all fees and duties, so I emailed their CS and received an emphatic response that yes, it includes EVERYTHING.

Problem is, I've heard of people being charged these exact fees by FedEx that LVR claims to already include in its price

Which is true?

The fee fedex charges varies from case to case. I have ordered from various European dealers in the past, some times I had to pay, some times I didn't. It's just luck of the draw. Besides 20 some dollars extra shouldn't be that big of a deal if you are making big purchases.
