The original link worked...the tinyurl didn't.

Honestly though...it probably doesn't exist (looks like a fake rendering, not a photo). My guess is that they wanted to do a 3D rendering of their car interior with some luggage...so they either knocked off something like an LV bag with a generic pattern, or they entirely made up the shape of the bag.
