I'm looking for dress pants with a 10 to 11-inch front rise. It seems like all the dress pants I find have a 12-inch rise, and that's just too high for me. Can someone recommend a quality pair of dress pants with an 11 or 10-inch rise? Thanks.

Well, I'm in Raleigh, NC (hours away from the closest H&M). And I'm looking for something a little nicer (better quality/material).

RL Black Label if you also like flat front and slimmer leg

RL Black Label is a good recommendation. I would also suggest Boss (the Black Label, the red label is pretty dodgy quality), Etro, or RL Purple Label as well.

+1 on RL Black Label, but they are hard to get at discounted prices because of their popularity.

My suggestion is Polo Ralph Lauren Made in Italy pants, probably your best bet and a great combination of quality/fit/price. Avoid the Dalton model, which is pleated.

I also recommend Incotex and Valentini.
