Low V-neck sweater with V-neck t shirt?

I came accross a nice A/X v neck sweater, it's a lower v-neck. About the same color blue as the CEGO shirtmaker graphic shown above. I have a muscular build and normally I'd wear a sweater without the t shirt combo, but the v neck is so low it shows the top portion of my scar i received during open heart surgery.

I did try to put on a normal white v neck t shirt and it looks pretty good. However i'd like the opinion of my fellow shoppers/fashioneers. So my question: Vneck sweater with Vneck teeshirt ok?

Or other suggestions. I'm not a big fan of the dress shirt with v-neck.. I wear suits all day long.. I like to get away from the dress shirts during my off time.

makoto, I don't understand your answer. What is obvious? The v neck shirt w/ v neck sweater combo?

I agree that sweater v-necks look best with nothing under them, but it gets cheesy if your pecs (or scars) start to show. IMO, a v-neck t-shirt is only acceptable if the neck is only slightly smaller than the neck of the sweater. With shirts, you need to undo the buttons to get the same effect, although the other thing I sometimes do is wear a skinny tie.

How about a low cut v-neck t-shirt? That's what I do - American Apparel sells decent quality ones although not cheap.
