you intend o be on diet and u are veterian.this is my suggestion for your loe-carb veterian diet: take 1 glass of milk (milk not fat substance) 200ml, 1 small canxi cake on morning;1 salad dish and glass of orance (little sugar) and the same for dinner

Anyway, to the OP - I'm a lacto vegetarian, and I've been making some great gains on a purely veggie diet. No meat, no eggs -- only vegetables and milk-products.

Usually, I make sure that I consume the following -- whey, tofu and tempeh, TVP, lentils, beans and cottage cheese. Appropriate portions and combinations of the above should meet your dietary requirements quite easily.

You should be good as long as your macros are met (I use http://www.freedieting.com/tools/nut...alculator.htm).
