Noodles Good Natured Advice Thread (Business Wardrobe Central)
This thread is really two different threads in one. On one hand, it's an excellent resources about the ins and outs of a true, business wardrobe. While the rest of the world is descending into the horrors of business casual, uncreased chinos and boat shoes worn year round, there are still some professions that require you to wear a suit - and a tie - every day. But that can be confusing, and this thread is a resource for building such a wardrobe. But also, on another level, it's an entertaining place where the thread's namesake falls apart every other page and allows the rest of us an inside glance into a world bereft of confidence!
Poor Man's Watch Thread
What's a watch worth? What value is derived by purchasing a watch - is it the name, is it the function of the watch? Or, more importantly, can you find fashionable watches that cost less than entire mortgage payment? What do you think? On a more conceptional level, if we remove technology (or even the value of watch functions) what are you paying for when you buy a watch?

Look, this thread is what distinguished StyleForum from any other random website: there's lots of places where you can go to learn about nice, high-end ties or how to tie a cravate. But those places don't have the community StyleForum has, and damn, son, be a part of it.
