1) Do they offer a hassle free returns? If so then that's your best bet.

2) I haven't seen a real fashionable leather blazer in a long time, and this one hasn't changed my mind although it may suit your style. I like leather jackets, and I like nice wool or cotton blazers. The combination never worked right in my head, but whatever, buy what you like and show us that it can good.

I'm 6 foot 1 and can get away with most regular-length clothing, but only because a good chunk of that height is in my legs. It's going to depend on your proportions and how long the jacket is to begin with...but unless you've got crazy long legs, I'm guessing no, since it doesn't look like the jacket has a lot of length to work with.
