Although the tradition of venturing to one's country estate for a brief holiday seems to be dead/dying, it is heartwarming to know that the clothing worn for such pursuits is still timeless. I'd like to compile a thread of pictures showing classic windowpanes, tartans, overchecks, plaids, whatever you'd like to call them. The subjects can be celebrities, style icons, or even self portraits. I'll start us off.

I'd rather see her with the original B/C cups.

Connemara, who sells those gun checks? Is that Holland & Sherry?

And Matt, is that vintage tweed or can one still find it in normal channels? How heavy is it?

I believe that they are vintage, but not so old that nobody would have one around. The blue is pretty light, maybe 14oz. The other is heavy.
