4oz horsehide and tough as ****, made for real motorcycle riding and I can't see this jacket not lasting a lifetime and more. Jacket has not been worn much, no defects or markings that I am aware of. It is somewhat broken in, but not really since it still squeaks and the collar is still stiff. I wear a 36 in most brands and in suiting, and this jacket fits great, it will fit a larger size 34, or a 36.
