I've got a couple shirts that fit fine, except that there's now enough space in the collar to jam 4 fingers into. They done, or is there something I can do to try to shrink the collar? The collars are fused.

They're probably looking baggy in other places too.

You gotta buy new shirts. There's a reason getting the right collar size when buying a shirt is critical. They don't change much, and can't be altered.

I figured, but I was kinda hoping otherwise. It's a nice champagne color.

Well, put it in a box, and if you wind up regaining the weight, you can wear it again.

Or just throw it on the B&S.

But hey, you lost some weight. Congrats.

I keep it for when I go back to the states and put on that 20 pounds again in 2 months.

If I were you, I would continue to wear the shirt until their condition are not good.

Well, if you're bent on keeping them...then take them to a tailor and get the collars replaced with white collars.
