Hello

I guess this is for the folks that live in the Los Angeles area. Is there a store that you know of that specializes in carring a variety of different brands of jeans. Like those that have been noted as the top 10 jeans on this Forum.

Thanks
Larry

A short list:

American Rag on La Brea
Traffic in the Beverly Center
Politix in the Beverly Center
Hollywood Trading Company (Santa Monica and Melrose)
That should cover pretty much everything except for the Japanese Repros.

Traffic carries a lot of Nudie. They actually have a pretty good range of brands. They carry Costume National, Paul Smith, Ozwald Boateng, among other usuals like D&G

Politix...I dont recall ever seeing good denim in there? the store seems geared for typical LA dood club hopper.

The jean bar at Fred Segal on Melrose used to carry Denime. I'm not sure what they're carrying now, but they generally have a lot of intersting stuff. I think they carry Jean Shop.

I believe there are some Sugarcane stockists around if you're interested in that.

Stronghold and Mister Freedom are around, if you're into that stuff.

Does HTC still carry a lot of stuff? The one on Beverly is pretty much a RRL shop.

Mister Freedom has older/worn Japanese repros. I remember seeing Sugarcane, Denime, among others there.

Mister Freedom has a decent selection of unworn/new stuff from all the Japanese companies if you search around his store.. Denime, Sugar Cane, Warehouse, etc...

^^ All the stuff we saw seemed pre-worn, and in larger waist sizes. but maybe Who or Rye can chime in if I'm mistaken about the lack of new denim since they were with me
