Looking for the perfect pair of Chinos

So I am on the hunt for Chinos, but not just any chinos... THE CHINOS. I need a slim fit, comfortable pair for a reasonable price ($60 and under).
After wearing tight, restricting jeans my whole life I was finally set free this previous winter when I discovered Uniqlo's slim fit jeans and men's leggings jeans. These jeans were just as slim fitting and good looking as my previous pairs, but were created with some type of 2% spandex or whatever so they stretched, allowing me total freedom of motion.

I am now looking for something similar in the chinos department. I absolutely cannot stand pants that I can't lift one leg into a 90 degree angle or can't spread my legs fully when sitting. I have been willing to sacrifice junk comfort for style for a while but I think I am past that point in my life.

Anybody have good suggestions on where I could find these?
