Looking for summer casual Vest.

I've seen man wearing light vest during summer one of orange leather type over dress shirt, it had no buttons or was just open i cant remember.

It also had no or not noticeable pockets. The point is i want to buy same vest for casual wearing during summer, though had no luck finding one, only vests i able to find are heavy leather either ones that are part of formal dress, does this kind of casual vest have special name or how this style called, what material it made from? It looks something like this:

I own lots of vests. For the most part, I've found them here and there, and around. About eight years ago, our local Value City brought in racks of Armani Black Label samples. I bought whatever I could: 95% off. The vest I'm wearing in this photo, is ABL. It retailed for 660$. Paid 33 dollars for it. I use it often. Adds a little polish and personality, when I don't want to wear a jacket.
Brooks Bros. sometimes carries vests . . . just keep your eyes open.
