Hey everyone how's it going? I'm looking for some boots for the winter and I think I've narrowed it down to the Red Wing 1907. I really like the look of the copper ones. I have a few questions based off of what I have seen so far.

1.What's the best price you've found these at? I've seen them for $209 shipped on ebay. I have seen some threads on here during my search and saw some ways to get these discounted, but the threads were very old and out of date.

    2. I've seen mostly that the 1/2 size down works for most people, but a few still need their regular size. I believe my foot is regular width. I wear a 12D in Allen Edmond Park Avenue and a 11.5 in Clark's Desert boots. Would you recommend the 11.5 for the 1907's?

    3. I've seen some of these boots with a logo on the side and some of them without. I would prefer the without. Are there two different versions?

    Thank you in advance!

    1. Around $200 is a good price. You won't find these below $200 easily. Below $200 are either a used pair, or someone bought it and for some reason don't like it and trying to sell them immediately.

    2. This is basically the same as the 875 with different leather. They are made from the same last. I wear my 875 true to size, which is 10D. I honestly don't think I can fit into a pair of 9.5. However, I wear 9.5D in AE Park Avenue. So I guess you should go for 12.5D?

    3. Older Red Wings boots didn't have the "wing logo". Some specific models don't have them either. But I have never seen a pair of 1907 without them.

Found the logoless ones at Nordstrom and pulled the trigger. I love them so far.
