Looking for some information on 1938 Arnold Constable & Co. Tweed Sport Coat

Hello-

I recently thrifted this really unique odd jacket. It is double breasted with peaked lapels and has a dark brown herringbone color. An imgur album is below. I'm wondering what this could be worth as well as what colors I should pair it with.
