Looking for: Navy/Charcoal Topcoat (size 38S)

Any idea where I can get a coat like this for <$350? This is the Hugo Boss Stratus 4 (it doesn't have to be the same coat -- similar is fine). Saw it at Macy's, but can't afford the ~$650 price tag. Prefer new or lightly used. Size is 38S (but none of that JAB large sizing crap). 36R could work.
